Randy has over 35 years of experience in the real estate community in Virginia. He spent the first seventeen years of his career working for the United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency (USDA, FSA) making and servicing loans to farmers and first-time home buyers. During his time with USDA, FSA he also specialized in and managed a program in real estate and farm appraisals. For the last 18+ years, Randy has worked exclusively in Central Virginia, buying, selling and developing real estate, as well as running a full-service Real Estate Brokerage, William A. Cooke, LLC. Randy holds licenses in the following: Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Class “A” Contractor, and Real Estate Broker.
